With the experience and expertise that he brings to Cambridgeshire Psychotherapy in the areas of both long term and short term psychotherapy and counselling, he offers a diverse range of techniques to his clients that have proven to be effective in solving a wide range of personal problems and improving the quality of lives of many individuals. With the opening of Counselling Cambridgeshire, based in Ipswich, the services that Pete Kerridge offers that were only available at his practice in London are now fully available to those living within the East Anglia area. Based close to the centre of Ipswich, the clinic is easily accessible by car, train or bus.
As well as working with individuals, Pete Kerridge has now also made Couple Counselling available at Psychotherapy Cambridgeshire. One of the most stressful experiences in life is when we are struggling in our relationship, and in fact relationship problems are some of the most commonly seen difficulties by psychotherapists and counsellors. It is often within the relationship with our partner that we seek to have our emotional needs satisfied and it is also the relationship in which we can feel our most intense feelings, both difficult and pleasurable. All relationships can be difficult and challenging at times, and whilst couples can often work through their problems by themselves, when they get stuck and feel unsure how to resolve their problems, this is when a couple counsellor can be extremely helpful in helping them move forward to resolve their difficulty and create the type of relationship that they are looking for.
